Sky Kidz can be pre-programed to only accept incoming calls from the approved list in the app.

No, Phone calls are not allowed while in flight per FAA regulations. 

Yes, Sky kidz® will call ONLY the ONE number that you preprogram into the POMM® SAFETY app. This phone number can be changed at any time you like.  You may pre-program up to three phone numbers and the device will call the first one on the list and if there is no answer, then it will proceed to dial the second and third and continue to repeat until the call is answered. 

You may choose to block all incoming calls except predesignated numbers from the phone book in the app. Your child may send a voice message to the POMM® SAFETY app at the touch of a button from the Sky kidz® device.

Yes,  Sky Kidz® device can receive short text messages up to 30 characters when sent through the POMM® SAFETY app. Messages can be received from only the approved phone contacts listed in the app at set up.

Yes, Sky kidz® can receive voice messages in real-time when sent from the POMM® SAFETY app and they can reply to you with a voice message that goes into the POMM® SAFETY app on your phone.  Voice messages can be received from only the approved phone contacts listed in the app at set up.

The Sky Kidz® device does not operates with Bluetooth, it is its own phone so no need to pair with your phone. It has a universal e-sim card for effortless talk, text and voicemail.

 Sky Kidz® travel companion device is $169.00 and includes 300 phone minutes each month. This premium service includes the monthly talk and data plan.  No contract required and we do not  have a monthly subscription fee. We keep it simple and affordable for all families to keep safety first.

 Sky Kidz® is designed for 5-12 years of age, well before they are ready for a mobile phone. It measures a mere 2 .5" x 1.3" x 1/2 " and weighs only 1.3 ounces and fits into any pocket or attaches to a back pack.

We will issue a 7- day money back guarantee. If customer returns the Sky Kidz® device for any reason within the money back guarantee period indicated in the Order from the date of receipt (the “Trial Return Period”), then, subject to compliance, the customer will receive a  refund minus a $30.00 restock/activation fee from the purchase price of the Sky Kidz® system. To be eligible for a refund, the Sky Kidz® device must be returned with all related accessories and be in substantially new condition, and the return must be post-marked by the applicable day after the date of receipt of the Sky Kidz® device by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for a Sky Kidz® device that has been damaged or altered in any way. For all returns, including returns within the trial return period, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. You must agree to communicate via email with our customer service team.
