If customer returns the Sky Kidz® device for any reason within the money back guarantee period indicated in the Order from the date of receipt (the “Trial Return Period”), then, subject to compliance, the customer will receive a full refund of the original purchase price of the Sky Kidz® device. To be eligible for a refund, the Sky Kidz® device must be returned with all related accessories and be in substantially new condition, and the return must be post-marked by the applicable day after the date of receipt of the Sky Kidz® device by the customer.
